A safer route to the property market
Oktavia does not allow property owners to publish public advertisements directly. Public property listings are represented by RENs whose identities have passed Oktavia's LPPEH verification process. Each property page identifies the representing REN and provides direct contact options.
LPPEH is the Malaysian government board that registers and regulates real-estate negotiators. You can look up any REN in the official register.

Is submission free?
Yes. Oktavia does not charge property owners to submit a request.
Will my property be published immediately?
No. Your submission first goes to the REN marketplace. An interested REN may contact you, verify the property details, and assist with preparing the public listing.
Will a REN definitely contact me?
Responses depend on the property, location, and REN interest. Oktavia will notify you whenever a REN responds.
Does Oktavia set the REN's commission?
No. Professional fees and commissions are discussed directly between you and the REN.
Why verify my phone?
A fully verified request gives RENs greater confidence that the owner and contact details are genuine. It may improve your chances of receiving a response.
